Greetings!
 
 
Phew, the past week has been full of chores in preparation for Spring, in addition to dance training/exercising. One must truly master or at least have a grasp on the concept of ~~~~~~~~~~  BALANCE  ~~~~~~~~~~.
 
Peace of body, mind and spirit is very important. Managing your home, employment, family, education, hobbies, garden, etc. can drain you quickly. You owe it to your Self to stop and LOOK at the world around you. Take a breather. Maybe two and enjoy it, for another 10 seconds process it. And then, move on with your day. Repeat as necessary. Get rid of the negative to allow room for balance.
